Christmas in Indiana

Hazel's first Christmas was filled with lots of family time --- being reunited with her cousins and meeting her great grandparents for the first time. Thanks to Aunt Annie, Hazel and Lidia were matching most of the trip. We got to spend 2 entire weeks back in the homeland (Indiana) and YiaYia (Toni) took great care of Hazel while her parents went out to the IU basketball game and had other outtings sans baby.

Hazel slept in her very own crib in Indiana and did a very good job. She slept through the night on her own once and put herself back to sleep after a weeee bit of crying the other nights.

Being in Indiana during the winter means the fireplace was taken advantage of almost every day and night. So, we did a lot of hanging out in the living room with lots of dogs and babies. We also had family pictures taken and Hazel is wearing her red formal outfit below, courtesy of Annie.

IU only had one home game while we were in Indiana, which meant we went to Nick's to watch one of their away games -- bringing the babies with us and playing Sink the Bizz made us an interesting spectacle. Here's Sean drinking his beer while simultaneously feeding Hazel a bottle. He's getting pretty good at multi-tasking!
